Within the United States, 888 will provide Playtech's live dealer casinos and random number generators.

The online gambling operator will begin using Playtech's random number generator (RNG) and live dealer gaming software in New Jersey.

This agreement is a part of the firms' "strategic expansion into the US market," which includes 888casino's launch of content for players in New Jersey and subsequent launches in additional jurisdictions.

The president of 888 US, Howard Mittman, said that the firms' new cooperation and 888casino's extended content offer will "enhance the overall player experience."

Players in the US may now enjoy Playtech's unique live casino and RNG content at 888casino, thanks to an expanded collaboration, he said.

Providing players with more engaging and interactive games is an important aspect of our content and product leadership strategy, and this partnership will help us achieve that goal.

Similarly giddy about the deal was Shimon Akad, COO of Playtech, who hailed it as a "exciting step" in the provider's US development.

"I am absolutely over the moon that our dear friends at 888 have decided to launch our live casino and RNG games in a number of states. This is just the beginning of our incredible growth in the US," exclaimed Akad.

There has been a surge in demand for Playtech's top-tier software with the introduction of our live casino to the US market, which allows operators to broaden their product offerings.

Following last week's collaboration announcement, Playtech will be supplying live casino content to Resorts Digital Gaming, among other products and services.
