ThrillTech competitions will have a new dynamic thanks to ThrillArena.

  • 28 September 2026

With the launch of ThrillArena, ThrillTech is expanding its side-bet tournament platform's capabilities to include live, sports, and casino betting.

Instead of forcing operators to fund tournament prize pools, ThrillArena offers player-funded, opt-in side bets. By placing side bets, participating players increase their chances of winning.

The product is the second in ThrillTech's side-bet lineup, after ThrillPots, the company's side-bet jackpot engine.

SlotsArena, LiveArena, and SportsArena are all combined into a single event by ThrillArena, an automated solution spanning several gaming verticals that uses ThrillTech's in-house scoring engine to give gamers competitive experiences.

"ThrillArena represents the evolution of tournaments: turning them from an operator-funded promotional cost into a player-funded engagement and revenue opportunity," said Benjamin Bradtke, co-founder of ThrillTech.

"We're giving operators a new way to create bigger moments for players while building a more sustainable tournament model by combining side bets, automated tournaments, and competitive player-v-player mechanics across Casino, Live, and Sports."

The tournament scoring system is driven by a number of variables that "can continuously evolve to shape engaging and balanced competition." Because core dynamics are "designed to keep the competition open," latecomers have a chance to catch up and move up the ranks.

Operators have the option to run payouts on a daily or weekly basis, with monthly seasons providing awards. The restricted player-versus-player challenges also include a fighting mode.

The UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, Gibraltar, Greece, Brazil, Peru, and the Canadian province of Ontario are just a few of the international markets where ThrillTech has licenses or certifications.
