Companies will be required to have a gaming software permission in order to distribute or continue distributing content within the country starting from July 1st.

The five-year licence will allow Pariplay to keep providing Swedish players with games from more than 150 suppliers, including games developed by its own Wizard Games studio and its Ignite partner. Additionally, through its aggregation platform, Fusion, Pariplay will be able to offer cutting-edge and locally adapted third-party content.

In addition to their current portfolio of over 14,000 games across all product verticals, Swedish operators will now receive a suite of conversion and retention capabilities from Pariplay's Fusion.

"We are delighted to have obtained our B2B permit to continue operating within the country once the new regulations begin. Sweden is a key market for us at Pariplay," Adrian Bailey, Managing Director at Pariplay, stated.

"We're dedicated to maintaining our position as the top aggregator in regulated markets and are excited about the future of providing entertainment for our Swedish players."

"Our commitment to regulated markets is extremely important, so we're thankful to the Spelinspektionen for granting us a permit that will allow us to continue operating in Sweden," said Bogdan Barbacaru, Head of Compliance at Pariplay.

"We're thrilled to continue expanding our market share and solidifying our position in Sweden and across Europe."

Recently, the agreement between Ainsworth Game Technology and Pariplay was extended, enabling Canadian gamers to access the latter's gaming portfolio through Pariplay's platform.
